Wrong. The demo is the easy 20 percent. Production is the 80 percent nobody films: the null value, the angry user, the input you never imagined.

Every AI project has a golden moment. The demo works. The room lights up. Someone says it looks basically done, ship it. That sentence has cost more teams more months than any bug I know.
